Engine & Drive Train Repair
R&E Racing is equipped to do complete engine and drive train repair, and specializes in custom engines for family cars, street rods, recreational vehicles and race cars.
| All performance and racing engines can be tuned on R&E Racings Superflow 901 engine dyno. Prior to installation in car or tuned on R&E Racings Superflow 810 chassis dyno after engine is installed in car.
All parts used in R&E Racing stock and custom engine are purchased from aftermarket from companies like Federal Mogul, Clevite, Comp Cams, SRP Pistons, Edelbrock, Eagle and other performance manufacturers.
R&E Racing engines are assembled with parts structurally compatible with expected horsepower rating. High horsepower engines using superchargers or NOS are assembled using forged steel rotated components, forged aluminum pistons by SRP and modified aluminum or cast iron cylinder heads by Edelbrock , Air Flow Research or World Products. Cam and cylinder heads are dyno machined by the tech department at competition or Crane Cams or by R&E Racing with many know and proven combinations.
Performance engines below 500 horsepower assembled with less expensive parts to keep cost to a minimum and street engine are built using aftermarket stock replacement parts. All R&E Racing engines are custom built to the customer needs. |

Drive Train repair and modifications range from simple driveline to complete Transmissions. Auxiliary over drive transmissions for street rods, race cars and motorhomes by Gear Vendor and US Gear are sold and installed by R&E Racing.
